Participation in our programmes is open to individuals aged 18 and over who have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.

3. Service Description

Havenly provides group education and skills sessions focused on family communication and household organisation. Our programmes are:

  • Steady Talks Session — a single group session on communication skills for families.
  • Family Document Organiser — a guided session on household organisation and document management.
  • Transitions Support Programme — a series of group sessions on communication, planning, and shared household routines during periods of change.

Programmes are delivered in English at our premises in Nonthaburi unless otherwise communicated. Session availability is subject to scheduling and minimum group numbers.

4. Scope of Education Services

Havenly provides education and practical skills only. Our sessions and materials do not constitute and must not be relied upon as:

  • Legal advice or representation of any kind.
  • Psychological, counselling, or therapeutic services.
  • Mediation or dispute resolution services.
  • Medical or health advice.
  • Financial, tax, or accounting advice.

Where a participant's situation clearly calls for any of the above, Havenly may suggest appropriate professional resources. This suggestion does not constitute a referral or endorsement of any particular service provider.

5. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment of the applicable session fee. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all programme materials:

  • Steady Talks Session: ฿3,400 per participant
  • Family Document Organiser: ฿6,800 per participant

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Participants may cancel a booking and receive a full refund if notice is given at least 7 days before the session date. Cancellations received with less than 7 days' notice are not eligible for a refund, except where Havenly cancels or significantly changes the session.

Havenly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances outside our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

7. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other group members. Havenly reserves the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful to others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Group confidentiality norms are agreed at the start of each session. Participants agree to respect the privacy of others in the group and not to share information disclosed by other participants outside the session.

8. Intellectual Property

All session materials, templates, and written resources provided by Havenly remain the intellectual property of Havenly. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to use these materials for their own household purposes.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Havenly.

9. Disclaimers

Havenly's programmes are provided as educational sessions in good faith. We make no representations about outcomes, and programme content is designed to provide skills and tools — not to address specific individual circumstances or produce specific results.

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Havenly's liability to any participant is limited to the fee paid for the session in question. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from participation in our programmes or use of our website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from participation in Havenly programmes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage participants to contact us directly in the first instance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve matters amicably before any formal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or booking of sessions after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
